PDF Specs

Spartan Graphics uses a full-time PDF workflow to ensure the integrity of customer artwork. High-resolution PDF Files can be submitted via our File Upload.

The technical parts

Please ensure that PDF files you upload contain high-resolution, print-ready raster images, if any.

Files should contain…

• Full bleeds (1/8") or 3/16" white border (safety area)
• Artwork with at least 300 ppi
• All fonts embedded
• Preferably non-flattened, with PDF 1.4 compatibility
